Service Manager

This is position which requires extensive knowledge of several residential security systems, intercom systems, central vac systems including those product lines our company sells and services such as Napco, Nutone, M&S.  Must have strong customer service skills in dealing with customers who call or come to our facility for service.  This is not an entry level position, and requires industry experience to assist customers in troubleshooting and resolving equipment problems via telephone.  Must also have the ability to schedule Customer Service Technicians for field service calls in a fast paced environment.  Supervise the Technicians, review their service calls, paperwork and follow through with customers.

Customer Service Technicians

Customer Service Technicians are responsible for maintaining and servicing security systems, intercom systems, central vacuum systems and telephone systems. Must have a minimum of two years industry experience.

Audio-Video Technicians

Audio-Video Technicians are responsible for installing and servicing complex A/V systems.  These positions require a minimum of two years job experience, or demonstrated knowledge of A/V and electronics via educational training.

Installers

Installers are responsible for working at residential construction sites installing wiring related to security systems, intercoms, telephones, cable, audio-video, LANS, central vacuum systems. One year experience preferred in related industry.
